I went in feeling like a lamb and came out like a lion. Before CALACS, I felt like a victim. But now I associate as a survivor! Very grateful this service is available to people whether it happened early in life or recently. Thank you!

Very empathetic and understanding group and group leader. I always felt comfortable, encouraged, and supported by all. To meet other women during different stages of their healing, and to be a part of their journey and to have them be a part of mine; was incredibly helpful. The group leader was also showed outstanding patience and compassion. She freely helped me to explore my thought patterns, behaviors, and views of my life and myself. I was able to regain a lot of courage and strength during the group, helping me start to take back my power. Thank you Calacs!
