Présidente - Erika Phengrasmy (elle/she)
Érika is a committed jurist, passionate about the law as a tool for social change. With a background in international cooperation and social work, she works with an approach imbued with empathy and respect. An activist for equality and social justice, she brings a wealth of diverse expertise to bear on social and community causes.
Treasurer - Chrischna Pierre (elle/she)
“I'm Christchna Pierre, a young immigrant woman from Haiti. I obtained a bachelor's degree in social work at the Université de Montréal and am currently one of the co-coordinators of the Femmes du monde organization in Côte-des-Neiges. My areas of interest are gender-based violence, immigration, black women's sexuality, etc.”
Administrator - Amina Hammache (elle/she)
Amina holds a BA in Psychology from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development. With a background in consulting, HR, and organizational transformation, along with three years as a counselor at the West Island CALACS, she is passionate about driving impactful change through a lens of intersectional feminism. Her dedication to fostering inclusive, sustainable transformation aligns with the organization’s mission to empower communities and champion meaningful progress.
Administrator - Jennifer Lanchance (elle/she)
The fight against sexual assault has shaped Jennifer Lachance's academic and personal journey. With a law degree from McGill University and a master's degree in international human rights law from Laval University, she organized a symposium for Lawyers Without Borders Canada on gender-based violence before leaving for Togo for a three-month stay, where she co-facilitated intervention groups on sexual assault. These experiences strengthened her desire to get involved in her community and led her to begin a bachelor's degree in social work, which she is currently completing. It is her desire to contribute to these struggles that has driven her involvement with the Consent Collective as a volunteer and as a member of the board of directors.
Administrator - Rebecca Walsh (elle/she)
Rebecca is Director of Marketing and Communications at MET – Montréal Metropolitan Airport, a major project where she draws on her expertise in branding and public relations. She brings her experience in brand consolidation and strategic partnerships to organizations undergoing transformation, such as Collectif Consenti.
